FiveM is not available to play on console
FiveM has similar minimum requirements to GTA V and requires that you have GTA V installed on your computer.

GTA V Installed
You'll need to have a copy of GTA V already installed on your PC. If you don't already own GTA V you can purchase it from Steam, Epic, Rockstar, etc.
It must be a legally owned copy, and you will need Rockstar Social account

FiveM needs to be installed on your PC

- CPU: Intel Core 2 Q6600 @ 2.40GHz / AMD Phenom 9850 @ 2.5GHz
- GPU: NVIDIA 9800 GT 1GB / AMD HD 4870 1GB / Intel HD GT2
- RAM: 8GB (4GB may work)
- HDD: 72GB + ~4GB
